1.      Department of Family and Children Services (5-year terms/staggered basis)

Meetings:  Last Friday of every month at 2:00p.m. (Exception: November and December Meetings are Combined in Early December)

Location:  Department of Family and Children Services

2.      Development Authority (4-year terms)

Meetings:  Second Tuesday of every month at 4:00p.m.

Location:  Colonnade

3.      E-911 Advisory Board (no terms set)

Meetings:  Second Friday of every month at 10:00a.m.

Location:  Catoosa County Administration Building

4.      Elections and Registration

Meetings:  Second Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m.

Location:  Catoosa Hall – Registrar’s Office

5.      Hospital Authority of Walker, Dade, and Catoosa Counties (1 rep. Each term --3-year, 4-year, 5-year terms)

Meetings:  Quarterly

Location:  Board Room, Hutcheson Medical Center

6.      Library Board of Trustees ((3-year terms)

Meetings:  Quarterly – First Thursday of the month at 5:30p.m.

Location:  Catoosa County Library at Benton Place Campus

7.      Lookout Mountain Community Services (1Board member from Catoosa County; 2-year term)

Meetings: Second Tuesday of even numbered months at 5:30p.m.

Location:  Varies from time to time among Administrative Office in Lafayette and outpatient clinics and programs of Lookout Community Services.

8.      Malt Beverage Board (No terms set)

Meetings:  First Monday of each month at 5:00p.m.

Location:  Catoosa Hall

9.      Planning Commission (3-year terms)

Meetings:  Second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:00p.m.

Location:  Catoosa Hall

10.  Public Works Authority and Solid Waste Management Authority (4-year terms)

Meetings:  First and third Monday of every month at 5:00 p.m.

Location:  Catoosa County Administration Building

11.  Regional Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council (2 representatives; 2-year terms)

Meetings:  Third Thursday of the first month of each quarter at 2:00 p.m.

Location:  Building 510 of Northwest Georgia Regional Hospital in Rome, office of Region I EMS

12.  Tax Assessors (4-year terms)

Meetings:  Third Tuesday of every month at 9:00 a.m.

Location:  Tax Assessor’s Office

13.  Northwest Georgia Regional Mental Health, Mental Retardation, and Substance Abuse Board (3-year terms)

Meetings:  First Thursday of every month at 4:00 p.m.

Location:  Calhoun Library, 100 N. Park Avenue

14.  Catoosa County Board of Health (Staggered Terms – 6 Years)

Meetings:  Second Thursday of February, May, August, and November

Location:  Catoosa County Health Department
