Marriage License Information |

| Marriage Licenses are issued by the Probate Court office.
To be married, a couple must be 18 years of age or older and have a
valid driver’s license or certified birth certificate.
The
cost of a marriage license itself is $21 (cash only) with six hours of
marital counseling and a letter proving have had the six hours. Without
counseling cost is $56 cash only. Always call to verify information. The Probate Court office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is located inside the Catoosa County Courthouse, 875 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, Georgia 30736.
