CALL TO ORDER

The special called meeting of the Catoosa County Board of Commissioners was called to order at 1:40 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2007. The following Commissioners were present: William H. H. Clark, Chairman; Ken Marks, Commissioner, District One; Robert Winters, Commissioner, District Two; James F. Emberson, Commissioner, District Three; Dewayne Hill, Commissioner, District Four.

BUSINESS

CONTRACT WITH NEXTEL Chairman Clark called for all those in favor of approving the contract between the County and Nextel for Nextel to pay the County $1,302.25 to do so by saying aye. There was no opposition and the contract was approved by unanimous consent.

SURPLUS LIST FOR AUCTION Chairman Clark called for all those in favor of approving the surplus list for the Auction on July 14, 2007 do so by saying aye. There was no opposition and the surplus list was approved by unanimous consent.

ADJOURNMENT

There was no further business, and upon unanimous consent the meeting was adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
