Colonnade Event Assistant – Part-time
Pay: $10.00/hour
Requirements/Preferences:
-
Good verifiable work record and related experience.
-
Accounting experience preferred
-
Answer phones and greet the public.
-
Work the box office during theater events.
-
Assist in the sale of theater tickets by phone and box office.
-
Assist with banquet event needs.
-
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
-
Able to work varied hours including nights and weekends.
-
Ability to maintain good public relations in a helpful, courteous and professional manner.
-
Must have excellent customer service skills.
-
Other duties deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the Colonnade.
Education/Experience:
-
Minimum Education: High School or GED
Skills:
-
Able to proficiently use a computer, Windows and Microsoft applications.
-
Comfortable with handling of money and printing of needed reports
-
Able to use miscellaneous office equipment.
-
Ability to be a team player.
-
Able to multi-task.
