FAMILY FIRST RESPONSIVE CORONAVIRUS ACT UNDER THE FMLA
The Department of Labor has passed a new law that is in effect from April 2, 2020 to December 31, 2020 to assist employees in handling child care issues and also sick care issues during this difficult time. I am attaching a flyer that has to be posted with all of your other Federal and State Law posters. I am also attaching an explanation of the new law that was prepared by an employment attorney.
